Description
Crowds have their own critical mass, but they are full of individuals. In Faces in the Crowd, I have created a deliberate sense of ambiguity in the forms used. I intend that the viewer may wonder what these elements are. They could be flowers, birds, fish, faces, caricatures, puppets or simply abstract glass shapes. I didn’t aim to create literal faces but wanted them to resonate differently with each onlooker. I see them as unique, stand-alone sculptures, but you can group them together. They are rugged individuals, with their own personalities, but they can live together in harmony!
Each “face” comes with a stainless steel post
However, it is possible to discuss commissions using different combinations of colours.
The price shown is for an installation of 5 faces, but the faces are available individually at a cost of £350 each.
